Various researches are made to have an efficient alternative for crude oil but at the sane time various nations are eagerly searching for oil rich areas in their own territory. Some nations go beyond their landscape and are now concentrating on sea beds. Two new discoveries have been made on hydrates that are available in sea-bed. Many scientists believe that these hydrates contain more energy than fossil fuels ,that makes counties attractive such as japan that are devoid of oil resources. But extracting these are intensely difficult and in environment point of view is treacherous to due to radiation than greenhouse gases.
